Ulnar nerve decompression at the right elbow with release of Guyon's canal; anterior
transposition of the ulnar nerve if warranted intraoperatively. Outpatient case,
roughly two hours. Positioned supine with a hand table. General anesthesia with
pre-operative antibiotic prophylaxis. Return visit planned about two weeks after surgery.
